Recently management sent an email to everyone answering a newer teammate’s questions about unions and belonging to a union.  This is just the beginning of management’s anti-union campaign so be prepared to see more documents like this.  With that in mind, let’s take a look at her negative spin on unions.

• Yes, authorization cards are legally binding documents, that’s why each of you has to fill it out for yourself. 
• You provide your personal information so the National Mediation Board (NMB) knows it was you who filled out the card. 
• Your TWUVX organizing committee will send you emails and text messages to keep you informed about the campaign and any new issues that may arise; if you would rather not receive them you can opt out at any time. 

This is the place to get the facts about having a Union, the place to ask your questions and get your answers.  If you don’t find the answer you need, send us your question and we’ll get the information to you as quickly as possible. 

We are in the process of developing this website and did not want to wait until it was “finished” before we released it because we know there is a need for good information and access to authorization cards.  We will be adding features and functionality on a daily basis.
